Dan Reyhle

Dan comes from a life-long musical background. He is an accomplished musician as well as an outspoken music enthusiast. The creation of new music has always been his top priority. In any way he possibly can, Dan wants to serve the art of music and creativity, which have served him for most of his life.

Working as an audio engineer in Eugene for the past four years, he has completed a wide range of projects including full-length albums, EP's and demos for numerous reggae, hard rock, hip-hop, folk, blues and jazz artists. He has also completed voice-over projects for web applications, as well as producing and arranging music for songwriters. Dan graduated from the Conservatory of Recording Arts & Sciences in Phoenix, AZ in early 2005. While at the Conservatory, he was heavily educated in all aspects of audio recording and production including large console automation on SSL, Neve, Yamaha, Neotek and Digidesign consoles.

Dan is a Pro Tools Certified Operator in Music, and is also certified by companies like SIA, Waves and T.C. Electronics. Through school and work alike, he has gained valuable experience in studio recording, live sound applications and audio post-production for film. He also has a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from the University of Kansas, where he served as a staff audio engineer for three years with the Dept. of Music & Dance.

Dan believes that working with artists in the studio is a task that requires technical and social skills, and most importantly creative abilities. Dan has a true love and enthusiasm for music and the people who make it.

Currently, Dan has several ongoing projects at SCS, and also works with long-time Eugene Pro Audio outfit, Pro Sound & Video.
